I’m someone who likes the little details. The cup of coffee on the way to work and your Saturday morning croissant.

Expressing yourself comes in waves depending on your interests, mood, time, money…

Right now, I find I’m expressing myself through nourishing myself with delicious food and wearing my favorite lingerie.

I work as the Visitor Promotions Assistant at Curve, the largest intimate apparel trade show in North America. I spend my time planning the promotional details of our shows, curating runway shows, and creating marketing content that highlights brands and their stories.

Being immersed in the lingerie world has shown me that as much as what we wear matters to us, what’s under can shape how we feel — just like the meals we cook for ourselves are of care and confidence.

Lingerie felt intimidating. It was something I admired but never truly felt comfortable in.

Over time, that changed. I realized that lingerie isn’t just about looking good; it’s about feeling good. It’s about embracing your body exactly as it is. This shift in perspective was game-changing, and it led me to embrace self-expression through both fashion and food.

That same philosophy applies to food. Cooking, like lingerie, has helped me feel more connected to myself. Whether it’s making a meal from scratch just because I can or wearing my favorite lingerie to work, both bring me confidence in different ways.

The Lace Apron is my way of tying those two worlds together. Here, you’ll find simple recipes made to empower you, fashion and lingerie that helps you own your individuality, and conversations about embracing your confidence.
